About us

The Fintech Ladies are a network for women in the finance and tech industry. Headquartered in Berlin, the network has expanded to various cities all over Europe. We have regular events in many cities such as Berlin, Frankfurt, Vienna and Brussels.

Digitisation and innovation are transforming the financial sector fundamentally. We believe that fintech is the future of finance. Our network is for women working in fintech startups, banks, law firms, financial services and consulting.
Together, we want to learn and grow, we want to inspire and empower each other.

Events

The FTL Deep Dive is our regular community event. We partner with Banks and Fintech who invite us to their office and give an insightful impulse talk. So besides networking, every participant takes away new knowledge in addition to new connections!

Christine is the Founder of Fintech Ladies. She started her career at Goldman Sachs in London and went on to found and scale various fintechs, such as BillPay, Pair Finance and RIDE Capital. She launched Fintech Ladies in 2016 to actively change the imbalance in the Fintech sector. She has served as a member of the FinTech Council of the German Federal Ministry of Finance.

Delia is a product and tech leader who has held senior roles at Solarisbank, where she rose to CPO overseeing the company’s Banking-as-a-Platform expansion across Europe. Named Forbes 30 Under 30 and Capital 40 Under 40, she is a passionate advocate for diversity in fintech.

Ulrike is Head of Marketing & Communications at wealthAPI, a Berlin-based B2B WealthTech company. With over 15 years of experience in marketing and communications for startups and fintechs, she has driven successful rebranding and expansion strategies. At Fintech Ladies, she leads partner management, sponsorships, and event cooperations.

Susanne is Chief Growth Officer at wealthAPI. She is also the founder of Fintechstammtisch Berlin and was recognized as Capital Top 40 Under 40 and Handelsblatt Woman in Banking and FinTech 2023.

Alexandra is a Business Development Manager at Mastercard, specializing in fintech and payments. With a background spanning travel, e-commerce and financial services, she has led market development across the German-speaking region.

Anne works at IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG, where she leads the strategic communication and development of the IKB Finanzierungsmarktplatz. She brings over 15 years of experience in the financial sector across consulting, fintech, and leadership roles, with a strong focus on strengthening brand visibility and turning networks into meaningful partnerships.

Daniela Reimann
Dr. Daniela Reimann is a legal and compliance expert with extensive experience in the German fintech sector. She has served as VP of Legal, Risk & Compliance at Connectum and previously as Director Legal, Risk & Compliance at smava, Germany’s first fintech. She has been a Fintech Ladies Ambassador since 2018.

Johanna is a compliance and regulatory expert who spent ten years at Paysafe as VP Compliance Governance & Ethics. She holds a law degree and began her career at the Financial Market Authority (FMA) in Liechtenstein and Austria. She serves on the International Compliance Association (ICA) Advisory Board and is an Ambassador for the European Women in Payments Network.

Alexandra is a project manager at Mastercard with international experience across Europe and South America, fluent in four languages. She focuses on fintech innovation, financial inclusion, and market development across the DACH region, and leads partner-driven payment campaigns.

Natalie Staniewicz
Natalie is a Senior Manager and FinTech Lead at Accenture in Vienna, advising banks, fintechs and insurers on digital transformation. A sought-after moderator and facilitator for conferences and workshops, she has been a Fintech Ladies Ambassador for Vienna since 2020 and helped kick-start the Brussels hub in 2019.

Patricia is a digital transformation and fintech expert based in Belgium, currently at Capgemini. With 15 years of experience in financial services, she has held senior roles in business development and strategy at companies including Harmoney and MeDirect. She serves as the Fintech Ladies Ambassador for Brussels and is Vice President of FinTech Belgium.
